No pressure from hot or cold side of the same faucet?
Remove threaded piece of spout and clean the screen and plastic components.

Funny smell from an unused bathroom?
Run water in the sink and tub to replenish the seals in the drains.

Funny smell from the hot water tank or furnace drain?
Fill with a cup of cooking oil so it won't evaporate.

Clogged bathroom sink or tub?
Remove plug and possibly clear hair and scum buildup. Running slow? Use the Mr. Swirl Drain Cleaner.

Garburator back up?
Plug the opposite side of the sink and turn on the garburator with 1/2 sink full of water. Garburators have reset button for power if power failure occurs.

Rattling pipes?
Straps or shock arrests may be needed for electronically controlled water devices like your dishwasher & washer machine. Call us and we'll be over in a jiffy to check it out.

Suspect that your toilet is leaking?
Put several drops of food coloring in the toilet tank. If the dye appears in bowl without flushing you have a leak.

Be careful – if the base leaks, the dye could stain the floor. Always call a professional (ahem) if you're unsure.
